Fees listed below are based on the subject being an average residential property, with an estimated value under $500,000, on a lot size up to ten (10) acres of land and being located within our normal marketing area. Appraisal fees will vary for complex properties.

All appraisal fees are due and payable at the time of the inspection of the property and are payable by either cash or postal money order. We now accept major credit cards. Call for details.
